The little craftsman-bungalow was a house-moving project, originally intended as a prototype for the moving of several homes. With six blocks of an historic neighborhood being re-developed for commercial usage, many historic, craftsman bungalows were threatened. Ultimately, only a few of the homes were moved. However, the little bungalow was relocated, rehabilitated, and became a model-project for long-term preservation economics.
